We’re done with lettuce and spinach and have mov We’re done with lettuce and spinach and have moved into kale season. Summer is full on now! I harvested an 8 oz bunch of clean, fresh, beautiful, organic kale and made our first kale salad from the garden. 🌱💚🌱💚 #kalelovers #organicgardening #eatyourgreens🌱
The soften neck garlic has been drying for a week The soften neck garlic has been drying for a week or so and today I cleaned and braided it. At $1.50 per bulb for organic garlic at the store, this should serve us well for a while. #garlic #organicgardening #urbanhomesteading #traditionalfoodpreservation
